Match hatch invisible?  Try using a wipeout.

HI,  would anyone know how to make a hatch invisible, completely?for example, i am making section drawings and its getting irritating trimming the lines as i place furniture in front of windows, making it appear as if the furniture is in front.I've downloaded free blocks and some of them have this invisible hatch thing and when i simply copy and paste them in front of the windows, since its like a hatch, it covers all the windows line, therefore, there is not need to trim. it would be such a time saver if i can figure it out.
