There are templates that come with AutoCAD.  Why can't you start with one of those, customize it and save it under a new name?

I have recently installed AutoCAD 2007. In that, I needed templates for making new DWG file or making a plan for a site... If anyone can upload for me..! That would be more helpful for me...
