I ordered the ASME 14.100 Engineering Drawing Practices book so we would have a good base for our standards and the book is honestly a joke for $120. It doesn't really have a lot of info and anything helpful. It just says, for example, for lettering see section ANSI 260.1. Everything just says see another section, which is not in the book.

Anyone have any suggestions of what to do from here? I feel terrible wasting $120 on the book for my company. Is there any place to get a decent book of drafting standards for free?
