I'm not sure what the purpose of the 3d hook is, but I could draw a version of a hook I have in my office and email it to you. Let me know. You will have to give me your email address. All these hooks are very similar.

Not sure there is a program to do what you want, I checked McMaster Carr's website to see if they had a 3d drawing, they have a lot of their items with 2d and 3d cad drawings. This is pretty smiple, just get one and draw it in 3d in ACAD. I need to find a file that i can import into autocad 2008 that will give me the 3d version of a double clotheshook.
