Last time.  Your cv needs to be revised not only from the viewpoint of grammar but content as well.  If you can't find someone to help you then look online as there are many resources regarding how to write a good cv/resume.  You might also want to find and talk to a recruiter since you seem to be having no luck with the approach you are taking now.

By the way, your cv mentions structural drafting.  Please elaborate.

If you were in the United States I might be able to help but given that you are in Pakistan that's a different story.

Have you any experience with low voltage systems or with fire alarm systems?

Maybe you need to rework your cv.

I'd say it's either time to change to a different field or consider looking for a job outside of Pakistan.

Your cv could use some polishing up.  Do you know anyone at university level that could look it over with you and give you some pointers?
