Note : there is an interesting feature included in the command ALIGN that is to automatically scale a 2D or 3D object to a special value by using 2 source points and 2 destination points and not the 3 offered.

ALIGN

QuickReference

Alignsobjects with other objects in 2D and 3D

Menu:Modify ➤ 3DOperations ➤ Align

Commandentry: align

Selectobjects: Select the objects to align and press ENTER

ALIGNUsing One Pair of Points Specify first source point:Specify a point (1)

Specifyfirst destination point: Specify a point (2)

Specifysecond source point: Press ENTER

Whenyou select only one source point and destination point pair, the selected

objectsmove in 2D or 3D from the source point (1) to the destination point

(2).

ALIGNUsing Two Pairs of Points Specify first source point:Specify a point

(1)

Specifyfirst destination point: Specify a point (2)

Specifysecond source point: Specify a point (3)

Specifysecond destination point: Specify a point (4)

Specifythird source point: Press ENTER

Scale objects based onalignment points [Yes/No] <No>: Enter y or press ENTER

Hello Dolli2, I have tried the command 3DSCALE but it seems complicated and I think that you can use the "normal" command
SCALE with only the choose of : 1 initial point and then the scale itself or :
Select the object and work it directly from the properties palette ( Ctrl + 1 ) only if you want to change the dimensions in X , Y and Z with different values.
