Hello, 

I am looking for a freeware version, but not necessarily Wink , of this software AEC CADIUM, feel free to search for it.
This can edit blocks with attributes (title block edit is a peace of cake), edit layer properties, run scripts.
 
I have worked with it at my previous job, but now, as a freelancer I have really started to miss it.

I would really appreciate the help.
