but Autocad is not supporting pdf format.

I finded today something about this but I don't know exactly how much is helping you but you van try.

Thre is function in Autocad started from keyboard: IMAGEQUALITY and the basic Autocad is set to HIGH quality and you have to change it in to DRAFT.

Please try this to and tell me if is working much netter now.

I'm currios is it's good like they are saying.

hi LTDan (u a Forrest Gump fan too? haha!),

If using xref the method still lags your drawing, it could also be the image size. The Image might be too heavy so you might want to convert the image to pdf first. or maybe just reduce the image size in photoshop. also check the image format. i'd say pdf and jpg are the ideal ones to be rastered in cad.

No its not a new laptop, I always use the same PC and even if I open an old drawing with a picture inside, it's very laggy if I try to move the picture. This never hapen before.

Il'l try the Xref method anyway

do you have a new PC (laptop)? Maybe the picture is more big then the old ones?

Hi there!

have a question for you guys,

When I put a picture in my cad drawing and trying to move it after, it takes me alot of time because I have to go slowly to let my picture move correctly (lagging). This problem is new, I used to do this before and everything was fine.

Do you have an idea of what can cause this kind of problem?
