Hello all, I am seeking advice on rotating an Arch drawing to a bearing (streetline). I have scaled down the arch drawing to .083 (no scaling to my survey to avoid complications for layout down the road) and am now having trouble rotating the arch drawing because it lacks bearings. Is there an option to rotate the entire scaled arch drawing to the streetline bearing? Thanks for any advice or information.
