It depends on mouse driver, especially Genius drivers can cause this behaviour. If you have installed genius driver for your mouse, select in mouse opitons the other mode, I thing it is something like "MS Office mode".

Hi My colleague has a problem with the scroll zoom on his mouse. the scroll does not allow him to zoom in and out but up and down.
