I use AutoCAD 2025 LT version and the Total/ Cumulative Distance can be measured by DIST2 command files is on the https://www.cadforum.cz/en/download.asp?file=Dist2 . There will be a tips how to Load Lisp file on AutoCAD LT https://www.cadforum.cz/en/how-to-load-install-a-lisp-application-in-autocad-tip7245 .

Note - AutoCAD LT 2023 or Below Version does not Support any Lisp File.

I did a pair of commands for this kind of thing, in SumDist.zip, >here<. The one called SumDist is for independent, i.e. disconnected, distances, meaning you pick both ends of each one. The one called SumDistCont is for continuous/contiguous distance, such as along Polyline segments or a series of end-to-end Lines, so you can pick only once at each location. They both report each distance along the way as well as the cumulative total so far.

The check always returns positive because the Armor Stand is on its own position within those perimeters. Removing the Armor Stand from the second check might help your issue?

I use Carlson 2023 with IntelliCAD 10.1. I was looking for a tool to tell me the cumulative distance of multiple segments, not just between two points like the DIST command.

I didn't find anything in IntelliCAD because I used the word "cumulative" instead of "total". (It has a Windows 3.1-style help.)

So I searched on Google and found this forum and a tip that gave me directions to downloading a LISP that worked! https://www.cadforum.cz/en/qaID.asp?tip=6085

And then my coworker in the next cubical told me that IntelliCAD already has a command called TOTALLENGTH that allows you to find a total length by selecting multiple segments, even if they are not contiguous.
