I wanted to share a recent workflow update that may be relevant to Revit users here.</p><p -start="209" -end="447"><strong -start="209" -end="230">D5 Lite for Revit</strong> is designed to bring real-time visualization directly into the Revit environment, so users can review a model’s materials, lighting, atmosphere, and spatial qualities without setting up a separate rendering workflow.</p><p -start="449" -end="536">The main idea is to support visualization earlier in the BIM process, particularly for:</p><ul -start="538" -end="733"><li -section-id="12kvkfg" -start="538" -end="581">design development and internal reviews</li><li -section-id="1ux6e4m" -start="582" -end="620">quick material and lighting checks</li><li -section-id="12zf2ye" -start="621" -end="665">communicating design intent with clients</li><li -section-id="17fedpi" -start="666" -end="733">users who need accessible visualization without a complex setup</li></ul><p -start="735" -end="875">For more advanced output, projects can also continue into D5 Render for higher-quality images, animation, VR, and interactive presentations.</p><p -start="877" -end="1051">I’m sharing this primarily to hear from Revit users: where does visualization currently fit into your workflow, and what would make this type of integration genuinely useful?</p><p -start="1053" -end="1139" -is-last-node="" -is-only-node="">For anyone interested in trying it, <strong -start="225" -end="298">D5 Lite for Revit is available as a free download from the D5 website</strong>.
