Thank You Shawn; while I was getting an e-mail ready for you i noticed the prob. Under the plot options I had save changes to layout box checked. Thank you for your response but that is not the case. Is there a way i can attach snap shots of my prob. to this forum? After you have selected what you want to plot the first time. My problem is plotting on paper space with the window option. When I go to the plot screen I choose “window” then on paper space I window in what I want, like the bill of materials (B.O.M.) then I plot.
