I didn't know that could be done. However, drag n drop only seems to work using Autocad. Not Inventor. That's a great tool for Acad though. I will start inserting blocks this way.

Thanks
But its the first one from the top of the list)
- then click "new toolbar" - Browse to the library folder you just created - and click ok.
Now that a shortcut to your library folder (containing parts, block, and symbols) should be available at all times in the lower right corner of your windows toolbar.
Whenever you need a block you can click this shortcut that will expand the whole list of library folders and parts. You can now just "drag" the block you want into your drawing from this exopanded menu.

I would show you an image of how its done but i cant figure out how to post images in this reply.
Please let me know if this answer was helpful.

I want to be able to insert notes and symbols from a menu click. Similar to a blocks menu in AutoCad. If so, how do you do it or where can I find info to tell me how?
