If it wasn't from the beginning the same is time to reinstal autocad or OS.

i am a technician in a engineering company where in users are using autocad 2009 with xp as an OS. somebody approach me to fix his autocad because whenever he uses the block editor comand, autocad will automatically stop responding, and to be able to use the block editor command he always copy his drawing to a new blank dwg. is there someone who can help me fix these kind of problem.
