Her AutoCAD works perfectly until she clicks on her application menu. (The big red "A" in the left top corner). It freezes completely and needs to be shut down in the task manager. This happens every time she clicks on the icon. She can work perfectly with all the other functions except when she clicks on that icon.
I have updated all the service packs and even reinstalled the package.

Has anyone else had such an problem or could help me with an solution with this?

Kind regards,
Innes
