My solution is to import it into 3DS Max, then export the FBX. However, this doesn't work properly. Some colours come in totally wrong, and in some places where there should be multiple colours, only one is used. I have ticked the "Assign Material IDs" box in 3DS. I'm using 3DS Max 2009 and Inventor 2009.

Does anybody know of a fix for this, or a different method?

Thanks.
