The file was opened but on commencement of working, it again gave the message - "FATAL ERROR.....".</P><P>Here i also want to mention that I am using Autocad as cad engine for my alignment design software developed by Bentley Systems,&nbsp;USA. Do you think if there is any conflict with the design software. This problem has occurred with one more such file but not all files.&nbsp;</P><DIV></DIV>Thanks <DIV>Rajesh K. Maini</DIV>]]>

It's obviously a problem with the file, not Autocad.<br><br>Try running the RECOVER command, as previously suggested.<br><br>If you received this file from an outside source, contact them and have them Purge and Audit the drawing and send you a new, clean, file.<br>]]>
