Did you install any software just prior to this problem starting, if so try deleteing the software. Have used this program from new with few problems. Yesterday during a drawing session I started getting a"Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Exception at 62ce1ch" message followed by a shutdown, a search for a problem, a message that no errors were discovered and a restart. This is now commencing  again after each restart. The only new program I have saved is for a new Canon digital camera. My AVG loads updates periodically as does Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated
