Thanks for that, i used the page setup manager to change the paper size which worked OK, whilst researching i've been told about these shortcuts, you might find them useful.

MS & PS will swap between model an paper space.

Ctrl + page up or page down will swap between layout tabs.

Ctrl + tab swaps between open drawings.

Ctrl+R lets you cycle through active viewports.

to change paper size you right click on the layout tab and goto "page setup manager" and select your layout and hit modify
then you can change you papersize from the dropdown menu
i dont know any commands to alternate between tabs

Hi

Using 2008.

How do you change white paper size or reduce to fit the modelitems, border, titleblock, viewports, etc. i.e. the border and viewports etcare larger then the white space, how do I get it to fit, and what are theshortcuts for the process.

Also

What’s the keyboard short cut to swap between model and paperspace and to swap between various layout tabs and model tab.

Any help would be much appreciated.
