It's supposed to be automatic.<br><br>You can view your Available Profiles by switching from the "User Preference" tab that you're on to the "Profiles" tab at the far right of that same dialog box.<br><br>If your AutoCAD is "embedded" (I'm not quite sure what that means, but I will look it up), then it MAY be possible that the Software you're using is automatically switching profiles and that my first instinct was right. - that it is saving to an alternate profile.<br><br>If you go to the Profiles tab, do you see any Available Profiles int the list?<br>]]>

Once you make that change, it should be saved to your Profile and be permanent.<br><br>If it is saving to a profile, could it be saving to an alternate profile?<br>]]>
