They both have an 'shx' extension. Plain AutoCAD (LT or full)can't read ESRI shx files.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>

First you use the &#091;CMD&#093;LOAD&#091;/CMD&#093; command to load the compiled shape file containing the shape definition. Then you use the &#091;CMD&#093;SHAPE&#091;/CMD&#093; command to insert shapes from the file into your drawing.
