From the begining I tried the mechanical help file and it was not able to be found. Then I tried the AutoCAD 2004 help and it opens up just fine only no help for mechanical issues. <DIV></DIV><DIV></DIV>I tried to type redefine and it&nbsp;came back as a unknown command.<DIV></DIV>I type undefine then the command name "amtitle" that came back as unknown command name.<DIV></DIV><DIV>I have also found that if I open options I get no mechanical tabs like I had before. </DIV>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.cadforum.cz/forum_en/member_profile.asp?PF=165260">John Connor</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5397<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02.Mar.2011 at 18:14<br /><br />Yeow!&nbsp; Uninstalling / reinstalling AutoCAD was a pretty drastic step for the problem you were trying to solve.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Check your Help file for both the UNDEFINE and REDEFINE commands.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>In the future, if you have a problem that cannot be solved by any normal means then first try the REPAIR option located on your installation media or in Windows &gt; Add/Remove Programs &gt; AutoDesk Mechanical 2004.&nbsp; If that fails to solve the problem then you might have to reinstall.&nbsp; I say "might".&nbsp; As you have found out a reinstall can cause problems you did not have beforehand.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>
