should i be concerned when i get a warning as i insert a new layer from the design centre? the warining reads: This application has detected a mixed version of AEC objects participating in this operation. 
Newer AEC objects will be disallowed from participating in this operation.

Also, how do i rotate a viewport without having to use the ucs and changing dimensions and amending text to suit?
