    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.cadforum.cz/forum_en/member_profile.asp?PF=165260">John Connor</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5825<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06.May.2011 at 12:08<br /><br />Your first step should have been to seek help from the maker of the Arch T program (Acceliarch).&nbsp; Does the company have an online forum for customers using their product?<br><br>You should never uninstall/reinstall to try and solve a problem without first trying all other remedies.&nbsp; This approach should always be last on your list of things to do.&nbsp; For example, AutoCAD has a Repair option that should always be attempted first.&nbsp; I don't know if Acceliarch/Arch T does.<br><br>Have you done an Internet search on the error message you were receiving?&nbsp; If so what were the results of your search?&nbsp; What did you find out?<br><br>When did the problem first occur?&nbsp; Was it after installing any updates to Windows by any chance?<br><br>What version of Windows are you running?&nbsp; XP?&nbsp; Vista?&nbsp; Other?<br>]]>
