Yeah, she made a dwg of each symbol (they're are only about 10 or so symbols) and referenced them into the main drawing. Hey fellas! I'm new here, but I had a really quick question. It may seem rather trivial, but I'm wondering if it is better to make my own library of symbols and use the design center to put blocks into my drawings or is it better to just reference other drawings using xref. The person before me who did the drawings I'm modifying used xref, but I'm wondering if that's really the way to go. I've heard that you can save space with xref, but what do most people do? Or does it depend on what you're doing?
