The autosave file only exists if your computer has crashed. When you exit Autocad normally, the autosave file is deleted. So, if you lost work due to a crash, your autosave file should be available, but if you lost work because you accidentally deleted something, there will be no autosave file to go back to.<br>]]>

What I really require to do is activate automatic save files .sv$, for having set these saves at 10 minute intervals they don't appear anywhere or should I be looking in another file or do I require to set one up. <DIV>Having lost some items of work recently it is frustrating to have to redo the work. </DIV>]]>
