You can simply press ctrl + c to copy that object from active project, then press ctrl + v to paste it in other project.

I did work in Project A (old) and now I downloaded Project B (new) on to my server. With all the work I did in Project A, such as adding families, working on a sheet, elevations, floor plans, ceiling plans, etc. how can I import all that work into Project B?
