Start the Edit Jumper command.
In the pop up window select the first terminal to jumper.
In the same window select the second terminal.
Press the Enter key.  The Edit Terminal Jumpers dialog box opens.
Assign catalog data to the jumper.
Click OK to create the jumper.

Yes please John,
  Basicially i am trying to show the following:
 
I have drawn for example two terminals in a schematic view but they are actually 1 terminal i.e double deck. The terminal has 24 vdc on the bottom on the leftside and the top leftside goes to a plc module, therefore both right hand sides are free for external wiring.

Hi,

 
 I am trying to create a set of double deck terminals including on the bottom level a jumber bar connecting all the terminals on the bottom using the terminal strip editor. Can anyone help me with this?
