The most trouble I have is with the combustion chamber profile(from the deck to angled poppet valves and angled spark plug. I tried splittingup sections, but didn't help. I also had trouble converting this surface into asolid... so I think I am doing something fundamentally wrong. The other problemI was having (actually I have no idea where to start) is how to blend in thevalve guide into the port? I had just used a revolve tool for the guide and aloft tool with changing ID for the port… looks very crude.

Also, another problem that has really stumped me, is drawing the centre line ofa port. eg, I have a valve tilted back 15 degrees, so I dont think I can use anelliptical arc as it only seems to work when the start and end is at 90 degreesto each other. I cant seem how to work out how to use a spline either :S

Thanks for reading and looking forward to trying some things out tomorrowmorning!
