Hello, I know nothing about cad, but was asked to deliver a product that perform most tasks as autocad. Due to cost i am seeking an alternative.

My issue is that i am not sure what features they are seeking.

Is there a non autocad matrix out there of standard cad app features, or if i created one, what would i include?, i want to ask them what features they need. Thanks.
