Have you loaded latest Service Pack update for your autocad 2013?
It has a bunch of problems with printing, layouts and zooming, etc.  This patch fixed all of my problems.

I did find an answer to your problem at the HP website, however, since your comments were so negative I am not going to bother posting a link to the answer.  Find it yourself.
