dy1_brt: This thread is about labels and polylines not about elevator shafts. It is impolite to hijack a thread someone else has created to get help with their own unique problem.

For details, use the standard DIVIDE/MEASURE commands with the Block option. For texts you can use e.g. the CurveText utility - see the tip:

I want to place details e.g. chainage & text along a pline for a long length. Can somebody help me in suggesting a tool for the same.
