Maybe you can modify option for your mouse to customize user interface(CUI).

I am using a USB MS Office Keyboard and a 4 button USB mouse w/scroll. Coming from AutoCad 10 I learned and still use my own shortcut commands and I have the right mouse button setup to be 'Enter' in the command line.
