My scales I had set at 1/4" along with my vport. when I exploded the wall section insert it showed up in my vport then. The scale assigned to the annotation has to be the same assigned to your viewport.

In model space I added my wall section callouts use annotation, but when I go out to paper space my wall section are not showing.  I check all my layers, they are on. I think it has something to do with the annotation scale.  how can I fix that.
