I would have to assign lines weights to the lines and not use the Plot with Plot Style. I would have to modify each page inwhich i do not want to use the plot style. I was looking for an easier more universal way. Do you agree?

I work for a company that requires that on full scale views i need to have a line weight of 40 to make sure the details are outlined. So in my drawing i have a layer for Obect that has that line weight. It looks fine when i print full scale but when my view ports that are less than that the lines all blend and i have no detail of the parts. is there a way of scaling my line weights so in full view they are 40 but in 1/4 scale they are lighter?
Hope this makes sense.
