Civil 3D responses here might be lot slower than what you'll find at the Autodesk Discussion Groups.  I would suggest you create an account and login for yourself over there and re-post this question on the AutoCAD Civil 3D discussion group page.

Another discussion forum you might want to join and watch is the AUGI AutoCAD Civil 3D Support pages.
