Express Tools are available in any language version of AutoCAD. oviously the express tools are only available / installable in the "english original version" :-(

Do you have an "Express Tools" menu or similar? hi.
is there no command like txt2mtext (to convert txt to mtext) in the german version of autocad2013?!?
is there any other way to do it?
