CTRL+R cycles through viewports if that's what you are asking about.  It's difficult to really know what you want to do as your question is not clear.

I'd make one other suggestion too... and this is for anyone coming here with an "urgent" question:

Go to the Member Control Panel and edit you Forum Preferences to Notify you of Replies to any messages you have posted in.

This will greatly help you find out when help has arrived and guide you back where you need to be.

Okay... so far so good, altho' I would suggest you change ANNOAUTOSCALE=-4  (that's minus 4).

Now look at your drawing.  Tell me what you see.

i have a more problem in paper sapce
 
i was trying to print out on annotation scale but on certain scale all text , leaders and dimensions are showing in different different scales and they look huge , i cant even see my drawing just only text .
my annoallvisible value is 0 and annoautoscale is 1

Annotative scaling... one of my favorite features in AutoCAD.  A little difficult to understand at first, indispensible once learned.  Let's see what we can do here.

We'll start with a couple of questions first.

1.  Have you already set up an annotative text style, a multileader style, and a dim style you want to use?  That's key.  If you have you're off to a good start.

2.  Explain a little bit more what you mean by, "messed up".  Tell me what you're seeing versus what you expect to see.

3.  Where is the "mess up" happening?  Are things in Model space not looking the way you want, or is it in Layout (paper) space?  Both?

4.  Finally, in Model space, tell me your current settings of the following two system variables:
ANNOALLVISIBLE = ?
ANNOAUTOSCALE = ?

From there we'll work on what you might need to do.  In the meantime... don't panic.  Wink

My name is kinjal patel and i am an international student in Fanshawe college,london On,Canada.
I am studying in 4th sem in architectural technology.
i have a problem with my annotation scale in my text , leaders and all dimensions , my all drawings are messed up and i am not able to print any drawing in annonation scale which is wrong, all drawings are due on next thursday and i dont know what to do?????
 
please reply me as soon as possible with some solution if you have any?
 
what should i do now?
