Options > Drafting Styles > Dimension > Radial/Diameter Dimension > Center Mark Display > "As Mark" > Size.  The default size is 0.09.

You would get helped quicker if you posted to the Draftsight forum rather than here.  I think I can count the number of Draftsight users here on two fingers.

How do you increase the centermark of a circle in Draftsight? I looked through the help notes and it only showed how to make the centermark present. Nothing about changing the size.
