maybe it later  version then AutoCAD 2006 but you post here and I will convert it in 2006.

For more download DWG TrueView it is free by Autodesk.

I downloaded the file of North America so as to bring it up on my AutoCaD
2006.
I get the message "not a valid file"
It shows that it is a .dwg format
