I did, but so far all the software that I found were incompatible with commercial use due to license constraints (they were GPL).

Maybe you can do a search for open source software that would fit your needs.  Then you don't have to ask anybody for anything.  I have no clue if there is open source software for 3D mess processing.

I'd contact the respective companies and ask them directly.  I suppose you'd have to prove you're a developer and meet all the requirements/responsibilities that come with the title.

Hello everyone,

I am developing a software tool that needs a small 3d mesh processing library and I was wondering if the current CAD tools have redistributable libraries and would be useful here.

Does anyone have some information on this? Any type of information would be useful.
