    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.cadforum.cz/forum_en/member_profile.asp?PF=35918">heinsite</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9948<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11.Jan.2014 at 05:21<br /><br />I write regular articles for my company user group, and to aid in presentation I use a purchased program called "SnagIt".&nbsp; This allows me to grab selected portions of the screen for whatever purpose, they could be sections of the drawing or more commonly menu and command line options.&nbsp; I can highlight areas for emphasis, etc.&nbsp; Once I've edited the screen grab in the SnagIt editor it's a quick Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V into my Word file.&nbsp; The trick is sometimes formatting/placing in Word, but that part is minor.<br><br>If you don't want to purchase a dedicated program like SnagIt you can do full screen grabs and edit them in a simple photo editor (something free) and do the same copy/paste routine.&nbsp; It's all up to you.&nbsp; But if you do a lot of writing where you need screenshots you can't beat something like SnagIt.&nbsp; If nothing else it provides a very professional look to your output.<br><br>Dave.<br>]]>
