Hi,
I'm given a task to convert PDF to ACAD and the software that I'm currently using don't give good output. It takes me a lot of hours to tidy up the output.
Maybe you can suggest the software which you knew that is best for this task.

Thank you

Hello kadar, I use the free software : www.anydwg.com and it's really amazing.
You will have to check for correctness and not relly 100% on it but it provides very good results.
Some horizontal text are to be rotated by +90° to be just like the original PDF that you will have under your eyes for a good check ( you can take all of them and affect the correct rotation with the properties pallette CTRL+1 ).

Anydwg is free?

I've been using Print2Cad http://www.backtocad.com/engl/engl-pdf-dwg.html with success for some time (not free).

Hello Robert_D, I'm using www.anydwg.com as a trial release with the limitation of doing 3 files at one time for some times and it's OK from a certain time now.

I understand.
As a free option, I have used Ghostscript & GSView w/ pstoedit plugin. It works acceptably for modest size files (not as well as paid options).

Robert_D, recently I had to turn a "protected" 161 pages PDF file to DWG.
Ten of the last pages where plans that I couldn't "extract" from the "protected" PDF file.
I launched the convertion and got 350 separeted good files and selected the one that I wanted easily because of the automatic number they had.
We use PDF to DWG 3 of 4 times a year and it's OK for me.
