I just need to convert the surface in solid to have a one solid object instead of multiple surfaces. I export the 3D model in IGS file and work with him in another software.

So pick a method and try it. If it doesn't work try another method.
1. Convert to solid. 2. Thicken then convert to solid. 3. SurfSculpt (must be watertight).
