Amazing.  It worked today.  Why did it fail yesterday?

OK.  I uploaded two images yesterday.  If I go to Insert Image I can see both .jpg files listed.  Now I am going to try to insert one of those images in this post.  Let's see what happens.

I see this error message.  Why?
