I need to create my own spec as there is nothing avalible for the South African Spec. I have used the JIS spec which for the fittings is what we use. i want to Expand and or create a new spec based of that catalogue which will give me flanges on the ends of the fittings at a specific length, or for example tee's should have 3 flanges fitted when they are placed. I would also like to create my pipes to have flanges placed as they are drawn and they reach a certain length.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

in the download section of the forum you can find blocks the show pipes with flanged and mechanical fittings, Autocad does offer a civil 3D library with this in it so all you have to doe is insert which ever piece you need.  Hope this was helpful.
