Why don't you just go to the Autodesk website and read up on each of the programs?

There are major differences between the three programs.  Go back and re-read the available information but this time pay attention.  OR.....take advantage of the 30 day free trial period and download, install and test each program, in turn, to see for yourself what the differences are.
