I'd start right in learning Revit and skip AutoCAD.  More job opportunities.

Just looking for some advice on starting out with a CAD route of training. I've got very small amount of experience in Autocad and Vivian through my production/live events career. I'd like to venture into the BIM route, architecture/construction, etc full time. I'm thinking starting with Autocad then venturing into Revit when the experience grows. Is there any route of recommendation to take for this? a certain online training/school? go gritty and just watch free online training? I'm a an apple guy so I know autocad will work with that but not with Revit. Any advice would be great.
