hi friends i want to download some people cad block from this website. but the format that it give me only is dwgCry i want to know that can i open this files in the 3ds max 2021?

Tell us what CAD files 3ds max 2021 can open.
It looks like you have AutoCAD2013, then maybe you can "save as" to .dxf files to be opened on other softwares.
